French 8 is the first of five FSL (French as a Second Language) levels offered at Burnaby Mountain Secondary School. Students entering the programme from a variety of elementary French classrooms will share and continue to develop their skills in the four areas of language competency: reading, writing, listening and speaking.
Following this course, students wishing to pursue French will enroll in Core French 9.
