Spanish in Transition 12 offers students a second year of further developing their translation and oral interpretation skills in Spanish and English. The course will be open to native Spanish speakers only, and Spanish in Transition 11 is a prerequisite.

In this level of Spanish in Transition, students will work in small groups and alone on longer translation works, some of which may be applied to service hours, if outside of basic course requirements. It is hoped that all students in their second year will participate in a Model UN forum, simulation or international video conference in which they will play a key role as Spanish/English interpreters and contributors to any post-conference publications.
